Since 1993 Swim NH has prepared hundreds of people to save lives with Lifeguard, Watersafety, CPR and First Aid training. Over the past decade our programs have helped people enhance their careers while leading safer and healthier lives.
We are dedicated to providing professional and quality instruction. Our instructors are passionate about the services we provide. As a Red Cross Authorized Provider we adhere to the strict guidelines of the American Red Cross, and our students will benefit from our established relationship, and the Red Cross’s reputable guiding principles.
